Established by the Association of Opole Local Integration Chapter „opole Culinary Heritage “ The main aim of its activity has set the promotion of regional and local cuisine.
Opole Silesia has a rich culinary tradition. For centuries connected with the land and imported after 1945 by resettlers as its heritage and is still cultivated as early as the new homeland. These are two main streams of tradition, but not the only one. Make themselves familiar with the Czech culinary traditions, highlands and the Polish central.
